login server currently unavailable, details on twitter

For three days, since i subbed, the log in server has been unavailable and the message says further info is on your twitter.  I've spent hours searching and found nothing.  Not even info here or on forums.

  Whats going on?

    Issue is likely either the antivirus/firewall stopping the launcher communicating or a net routing issue for your IP address

    Remove and re-add exceptions for the game in the antivirus and firewall, and reboot the router modem initially
