Login service currently unavailable?

I hope I get reimbursed for this. Its ridiculous that they cant at least let us know whats going on so we arent chasing our own tails while we wait. Id rather have them say it will be down for a while rather than I keep trying hoping I'll get on.

Tried to login just now and got the same message, been having the same issue (whenever I do get to login there are no servers in my list).

If any devs are listening, I did a quick search and it turns out both these problems have occurred in Swtor past, all the solutions given at that time such as DNS flush, removing and re-adding swtor.exe and launcher.exe in the firewall exceptions or using the repair utility do not fix this issue. Also it's not the new patch either, I patched that earlier this week and logged in right after and it still worked back then. 
I do suspect the internet provider since I've had a similar issue earlier this year and that was due to 'UPC internet provider'.

Question to other people who have this issue: What internet provider do you have? It might on them, if so, we have to wait for them to fix the ports again.

Hope this get's fixed soon because this is my last day of subscription, would be a shame to waste that on fixing an issue that just popped up out of nowhere.

I should have qualified my statement with, 'I've never received compensation from BW.'

I keep trying. got logged in once but there were no servers available and could not create in-game ticket.

been on hold for about 20 minutes waiting for customer service to answer...

I say we get a free in game mount or cartel coins for this long wait. :l

I see everyones been having login in troubles, ive had the same issue.

I tried one last time before I gave up and was going to move on to another game, until it let me log in and start playing with no sign of lag.

maybe they are fixed and back up?

anyone else able to log in?

It's back up, at least for me.
