Lost access to the Sith race in character creation

Hi Answer HQ!

I have a problem which I've attempted to get help with through emails to [edit: email address removed] how ever no one seems to be answering...

So I am now instead turning to Answer HQ for clarification and help!

I believe the following mail describes my problem:

Hello there!

Back in vanilla I purchased the sith Race using Cartel coins, it is my understanding that such a purchase is supposed to be permanent...

But when I try to create a new character, I do not have the ability to create a new Sith Character!..

I hope you can see my purchase history even though it is such a long time ago... but if not, you could take a look at one of my characters "Rah'rin" who is of the sith race...

I would think that he would also be sufficient proof of my previous purchase...
