Hello, i've been trying to subscribe for the last 4 or 5 days but i keep getting that there's maintenance no matter what plan i select, i even get it when i press redeem game time code, i have an old account that i don't use anymore that has a payment method saved and on that one i can only buy the 180 day subscription, i get the same message on everything else

I believe this indicates an issue with the either the swtor account or the associated ea/origin account, if you call swtor cs they should be able to see which account has the issue.
I did call them but they saw nothing wrong with the account
Not sure what could be wrong since i only made the account fairly recently and it's not connected to any of my EA/Origin accounts
I can assure you your swtor account links to an EA/Origin account per this link
So you dont have any EA/Origin accounts that is no longer used by you ? if the linked EA/origin account is disabled for example this would affect the swtor account in the manner you are experiencing.
I recommend calling Swtor CS to get the details of the EA/Origin account linked to that swtor account, and then approach EA to sort out as needed.
If so then i think i know the problem, a good while back i deleted the origin account with the email i'm using for my stwor account so i could use the email for my main origin account.
I contacted EA about this but they just told me to call SWTOR again even though last time i called them i was told to contact EA
Well that account should be long gone now since i deleted it months ago
