Member subscription not working

I have been a member since Nov2021. Subscription renewed several times thru Steam with no problems. New subscription was auto renewed thru Steam on May 1 but my SWTOR now says I am not a subscriber. ...

I have this problem too. I subscribed but my in-game status is Preferred.
