Missing Imperial Guild Ship

I am co guild leader of Smells Like Fish. I slipped to preferred and am still at that status. My partner the other guild leader slipped to preferred also, but transferred the guilds to another subscriber. My partner bought more time and when he went to go to the Imperial side guild ship IT WAS GONE any ideas why?

    I want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone that helped resolve getting our Imperial guild ship back. We were able to access it last night 8/19 the only thing we need to do now is re-decorate no biggie we have someone on it already! Again, thank you! Now to fix MY snafu lol. I bought a cartel item thinking i had the correct one highlighted but oops nope. so now i am stuck with an item i did not want and no coins left to buy that which I DID want lol. I so love this game though so I am not bitchy or anything just thought i would share a little giggle with you to brighten your day 🙂

    @cuddleybritches Seems like the subscriber your partner transferred the guild leadership to might have done something. If you can get the current leader to submit an in-game ticket, our guys can investigate.

    the guild member is highly trustworthy we went back over notes of our conversations in our Discord and it shows that the transfer back went flawlessly ...partner logged in was on fleet..did a FP came was on fleet again and when he wen to go back to the guild ship..it was GONE At first there were TWO guild ships showing he deleted one and the stronghold came back (it had disappeared) he went to another flashpoint came back and the stronghold was still there but the guild ship had disappeared all together.

    P.S. an in-game ticket AND bug report were both submitted by FON...the legacy name.

    @cuddleybritches Cool, that's all good. As long as the in-game ticket was submitted by the current guild leader, our in-game guys should be able to investigate.
