Last night, i've bought some cartel coins and, after that, i have adquired a Pack, which contains a jetpack (rocket) 'mount' and some other itens.
Problem is, i've claimed the Jetpack on cartel and have used it on my character, and nothing appears on my Vehicle Skills except my normal Bike.
Is there anything i can do about that?
If nothing appears in your vehicles tab and you've used the item, only real way to check this error is with a support ticket from in game. It could take a few weeks to process, but it's really your only option. Make sure in your ticket you give them as much info as possible, what time you bought the item, exactly what item it was, and what dropped from it etc... plus the time you used it and the problems you're experiencing. The support team will investigate, and if they see the error they can recover it for you. Saying that, I'm sure people try to scam the system saying they've lost things they never got, so you have to give them as much information as possible in order to verify.
