I recently bought using 500 cartel coins for a lightsaber on SWTOR. It was unclaimed and I left it there so I can decide whether to claim it or not. But then the next day it was gone nowhere to be found. Can someone help please?
I just purchased an ardent defenders lightsaber yesterday left it unclaimed because I was deciding whether to claim it. However the following day it just disappeared from my inventory or my cartel market inventory. Can you please verify?
To confirm if you open the Cartel Market and on the bottom right corner click on "Unclaimed Items" is it not there? When you check, make sure you are checking from the same character that you made the purchase on.

Yeah because it is character specific for the unclaimed items. In most cases it would be there. You can also check your Cartel Coin history on swtor.com when you log into your account to ensure you didn't accidentally refund it as it would show any refunds there.
