Missing or removed prestige armor sets

A lot of mission rewards have been changed. Just leveling 1 - 50 the missions on different planets no longer drop orange modable gear any more, heroics only drop a random two piece of blues based on your level that are not modable.
Fleet vendors that sold orange mod gear were removed as well. It's something that happened everywhere:
