Bought an Outlander token from the cartel store only for it to not appear in the character creation screen

Even when you have claimed it, you still have to use the token in order for it to take effect when you start a new character up. also make sure to check you if have enough server character slots left and the content you have unlocked can go past level 60 and 65 and FE and ET.
