Missing rename token

I am a former subscriber and I logged into my account on the SWTOR website and requested a rename token, and it said it was sent to my character through in-game mail. I logged onto said character of mine and checked my mail, but there's no rename token anywhere......Where the hell is my rename token???

  • If you are talking about the free level 60 you get with a sub, this is not sent in game mail. You can just create a level 60 at character creation.  If you have previously created your 60 and delete them BEFORE you hit 61 you can create another character - however after 61 if you delete the character the token is lost - CS can restore the character  but theres a backlog of tickets so it may take time.  If you purchase a 60 token from the Cartel Market - you get a token that you claim and right click to consume - this adds an additional character slot and free level 60 at character create in the same way and the same rules apply to character deletion.  Hope this helps

    What the * are you talking about? I. GOT. A. RENAME. TOKEN. THROUGH. MY. ACCOUNT. BECAUSE. I. USED. TO. BE. A. PAID. SUBSCRIBER. ON. SWTORO. IT. SAID. ON. MY. *. ACCOUNT. THAT. I. SHOULD. GET. ONE. IN. *. GAME. AND. I. NEVER. GOT. ONE....DO. YOU. UNDERSTAND. *. ENGLISH???? How much more * simple could my question be?!

    I will post a screenshot of the page on my account saying I am granted a goddamn * rename token if I have to. Somebody fix this * * already so I can change my * name, you dumb*, incompetent...

    I'm not buying a * subscription just to report this and I'm not calling a * number.....I want goddamned customer service right * now. It's stupid as * that I have to call some * number or pay for some *ty subscription just to get some * help from you pieces of human * for something I ALREADY * PAID FOR.....

    You will need to resubmit a new ingame ticket in regards to the token, they are the only ones able to assist with this issue.
