Missing Rocket Boost

Hi there, i subbed last year, though thinking back it was a bad idea to support ea's greed, Anyways i recently reinstalled it on my new pc, now my rocket boost and my completed inquisitor story, which was the first story i finished..is gone, its as if i never even unlocked it but i know for a fact i did as that was the first thing i bought when i got the highly irritating credit cap removed
