Missing Sith Inquisitor Story Mission

I seem to have a bug for the main story in Chapter 1, I completed all the main quests and most side quests on all the planets up til Nar Shaddaa, ive gotten the artifact from both Balmorra and Nar Shaddaa, but when I went to my ship to turn in the quest for Nar, Darth Zash told me that I still have to get the Balmorra one, which I already got beforehand, now it seems that I have no main quests what so ever, ive been looking all over Balmorra, Kass, and Nar, but to no avail.

Any help or response would be much appreciated.

    If you aren't an sub you can try mailing to support@swtor.com. 

    If you send the InGame Ticket as Bug Report you don't get an answer,  for that you need an different Catogery.

    Sometimes you have to follow the quest description very carefully,  so using your ship to travel somewhere not an quick travel. 

  • Unfortunately I cannot find anything of the sort, ive read up on the questline and retraced all the steps that I could, but to no avail, im going to keep searching but ive already triple-checked everything with no luck so far, I wish there was a way to see your completed quests, I might have to just remake my character if it comes down to it.

  • After completing Nar my class quest disappeared entirely, I didn't have any quests at all, I wanted to send an in-game ticket but im not VIP unfortunately, even if I was able to send a ticket, the previous times I sent in-game tickets about certain bugs I never heard back from, they arnt exactly the best customer support but its whatever.

    Ultimately though I just decided to remake my character, it was an old Inquis from a few years back, and he was only level 30 or so, it will only take a day or so to get back to that level but still.
