Swtor support have your email however cant add the gametime until the below is done
The linked ea account has been disabled, and uses the same email used on the swtor account
use this link (insert the swtor email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account not the ea account your posting on now as Snappish
Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

I think im having the exact same issue. I sent my email 2 days ago now swtor account name is KoolKatniss

support have your email, however the screenshots are too cropped , they need to be as shown in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/m-p/9356718#M61159
in particular yours are missing the Steam username at the top right hand corner
So you need to resend new screenshots to support@swtor.com- 1 year ago
