I've been away for nearly a year now. Before I left, I purchased Knights of the Fallen Empire. However, it is not showing up under my "games" tab on my account. Will I be unable to access it without repurchasing it now?

KOTFE does not appear at all for anyone in the "game tab"
If you have been granted access to it , you should still have that access

That is where they will appear if you have them, they wont appear until the character is around level 48 I believe.
If your thinking of subscribing a one off 30 day subscription will give you access to all released expansions and able to level to 70, this also remains once the 30 days is up if you decide not subscribe further.
