Monthly Cartel Coin Grant missing

Keep reading about this everywhere. I re-subbed on 23/5/18 (60 day pass) and received my initial 525 cartel coins. Then, the only grant I have received since was 20 coins for an in game achievement?

It is now 8th July and I still haven't received the monthly grant which should have been due on or around the 23rd June. I submitted an in game ticket only to be be told to re-check my ledger etc etc and to call one of 4 international numbers in Europe and USA (I am in Australia mind you) to have the amount added manually? I also just found the community support email address so will email them now too.

Just a further update
Unfortunately I have to call a UK number to get this sorted. Very disappointed.

@Taipan4216 I think you may have gotten an incorrect response, the in-game guys can indeed assist with monthly coin grants. Apologies for the hassle.

Hey just a quick question for you, I have been subscribed to this game for maybe a month or longer, i purchased the 60 day time card. However, i have not recived any of the complmentery cartel coins you're supposed to receive. Thank you // Display name - drewmcclure // Server Satele Shan.
