Monthly Subscriber Cartel Coins not granted

My subscription grant of cartel coins are getting close to being almost a week late. Raised an in-game ticket and was directed to call customer services, which I did. Was told that my account would be updated within a day. Two days later (no update) raised a second in game ticket, which I heard nothing back from. So called customer services again, they agreed that the grant is very overdue and asked for a manual update. The message passed back to me from technical support was; "be patient we're busy with a new game expansion, you'll have to wait."

Not sure where to go from here.

    Not long after posting the ticket number on here - account updated.

    I don't have an issue with things being late, I just wish they would be honest about it. Honesty, we can all deal with ;-)

    As customer services go, I can't say I'm impressed. Yes, eventually they will sort it out. Eventually. But they shouldn't fob off the paying customers, no matter what's going on ;-)

    This has been happening a lot lately. I'm not sure if they changed the system or what, but I haven't been granted coins on time in a while. 

    Having said that, the coins will come faster than the answer from customer support. Best to just wait it out unfortunately.

    I agree, if they are lagging behind at least post a notice that it will be gotten to... I have not received my coins yet and I am a new subscriber, this would have been my first monthly allotment so i am a little cheesed off that I haven't received them.

    I have now been waiting 15 days for mine, I don't understand what's going on, we used to get them within 3 days of money being taken from account, then it went to 5, then 11, now 15 and waiting. I know they are really busy with tickets from the expansion but it just seems lately that if I don't put a ticket in, I don't receive them ☹️ Please may I have my coins?
