My launcher's ratio went wrong and stuck in the update announcement

I got an update on Win11 today and after the update the SWTOR launcher went wrong.  First the launcher ratio is very weird, I can still log in by using enter button on keyboard but here comes the second problem: I can't close the update announcement.  Nothing happened when I press the "Close" button or the "X" button on the top, which means i can't hit the play button underneath it.  I've restart my PC several times, I also got the latest DirectX update, and it's still doesn't work.  Anyone know what went wrong?  Thanks a lot!

    Believe this is a windows 11 issue only

    work around at present is to apply compat for windows 8 , just note this needs to be applied everytime at present , until they work out why it occurred

    Same issue here but I did get it to work after 2 hours of system restore and uninstall/reinstall  Now it's back to being messed up and everything tech support has suggested is useless.  Trying to reinstall I can't even accept the terms and conditions because tje button isn't visible
