My Swtor account has been banned

I don't know what I have done to be banned aside from trying to continually try to pay for subscription but for it to get an error. I have security key login and everything.

If your swtor account is banned you'll need to email SWTORAccountDisputes@bioware.com from the email on your account and include your display name and that you are requesting the ban to be removed.

We can do nothing more on this forum it's a community of players.
If you think this ban was applied to your account by mistake.
You can reach out to the Terms of Service Team to appeal this ban.

Unfortunately we can't assist further with account bans on AHQ.
However, here you can find a list of software that is allowed to run in the background when playing.
Easy Anti Cheat - Whitelisted programs
They are unfortunaly no other way.
