Need help closing ticket.

Any way to fix the "Unable to close or update ticket due to error" bug? I reported someone for harassment in general chat (the statement they made did not even show up in the report as it only copy/pasted lines several minutes later when I had noticed the comment) so I was trying to close it, even tried to update it and no luck just the same error. Any way to fix/close this, as it shows no real relevant information in the ticket itself?

    Nah nothing they can do 

    see if they exist after the next maintenance , maybe a client cache issue

    edit: reports can't be updated, once sent, it is gone)

    ******* ****** was the name of the character I made the report on.

    still having an issue ? support cant see any active tickets , reports also should not be in tickets once sent

  • It is still showing up as open. It must be a visual bug of some sort or something I do not have any idea. Tho still there, and still unable to close at least on my end. If there is nothing there for them then it's no biggie. Should go away on it's own maybe in time.

    I made another report for a player name, tried to update that specific ticket to point out a racist name just spelt differently. I could not update that ticket to give any information either I just got the same error as the last one. I don't really know what's up. If they did not see any ticket then that's two they missed (which is not on them, just system issues possibly). The other one was made earlier today. So maybe my reports/ticket system is just whacked knowing my luck. Lol

    Would it help to put the ticket numbers/ID's up or to send them in a private message or something to someone? xD If that would help any.
