Need Help with Cartel Coins purchase

Hey guys, i just had a problem and i don't know how to procede. Like many people, i've changed to steam to get rid of bitraider but now i've ran into some kinda trouble. I bought a pack of 2400 cartel coins through steam and for some reason in my ledger and in game it says i bought 4800 cartel coins even though on my credit card it says only one purchase was made. I haven't spend any of it bc i don't know if it is a bug and it can get me banned. I've send a ticket to steam to inform of my problem but i can't find a way to contact swtor support (not a sub).

Anyone else has this problem? Is there something i could do? Could this get me banned? Sorry about any mistakes, english is not my main language.
