need to change OTP but the code to remove it never arrived

It's been years since I last played this game, I have long lost the app that hwas connected to the account and now the only way is to remove it with the email, however something weird has happened as I either forgot which mail I had or it was hacked some time during 2021.

To be more specific, I recall having changed my email address years ago and I'm sure which one it was, however the mail for the reset doesn't go there, if I search for swtor in the chronology the last mail was from a another email change request in 2021 and I didn't need to do it, so i started to assume it was hacked.

Could be wrong, but I need to know and contacting support from italy is a sad joke, how am I supposed to get ina  chat or something?
