New SWTOR 90 Day Subscription Code Failed to Redeem

Hello, I've recently bought 90 days of subscription from Amazon and tried to redeem it on the SWTOR website, I got an error saying there was a validation issue, I then tried to use the code again, but it said the code had already been used.
