Nico Okarr Problem

I was a subscriber during Nico Okarr companion distribution, why I don't received him?

    And if you did qualify for early access, you get him either through a mission after completing chapter 9, or he can be summoned via a device that appears in your bags called the Encrypted Holocommunicator.

If you didn't qualify for early access then you should get him on 27 Oct when you are granted access
