No Prompt to receive One-Time Password?

Question

Hey,I'm trying to remove a security key from my account because it just... stopped working. I've had a security key for ages but all of a sudden, all of the security keys that I type in cause the, "Sorry, couldn't find your code. Try again?" message to pop-up. I'm not sure how to go about it, but I can't get into my account without they key.I know the website used to give a prompt at the bottom of the security key box to send you a OTP to get into your account, but that button seems to be absent? Is that normal?

logging in with a web browser to www.swtor.com and leaving the key blank should display the removal link as seen in this link&nbsp;

now browser extensions have been known to block the link, so try a different browser just in case , however if the link still does not appear for you then you can call swtor cs and they can remove it manually for you

In instances like that you will need to call to remove the key
