logging in with a web browser to www.swtor.com and leaving the key blank should display the removal link as seen in this link
now browser extensions have been known to block the link, so try a different browser just in case , however if the link still does not appear for you then you can call swtor cs and they can remove it manually for you

Sadly when I leave the Security Key blank, that link does not exist.
In instances like that you will need to call to remove the key
