Hey there, I logged into steam to cancel my Subscription on the day it renewed, the sub continued and now I can't get a refund, and the game is telling me I'm not a subscriber. I can't open a ticket in-game because I'm not a subscriber. Yeah, I'm not sure what to do.

If a swtor account is disabled for purchasing no gametime can be added to that account from any source , codes and steam will fail to add gametime

Swtor cannot provide a refund for a steam purchase as the money has gone to steam, they can however add the missing gametime once any account issues are sorted if any exist
