Not getting Steam trading cards

Hello, I recently started playing SWTOR and I am loving it. So I bought some CC (Cartel Coins) and I thought that this will also get me some trading cards. It says you have to atleast buy something from 9 USD to get a card. I have bought multiple times the 1050 CC pack and that adds up way over 9 USD, but I'm not getting a single card. I would love to collect thes awesome cards, so all help is welcome!

I can't contact EA directly, because I'm not subcribed and the languages you can call in are not in my language (Dutch), so this is my only hope of getting help!

    Swtor support likly cant help with steam cards, best to ask steam in the first instance, as the purchases should also be with them not swtor

    I tried contacting steam, but it said that that goes through the games website it self, and there was a link to ea website.
