Not receiving my password reset email

I checked my display name and typed it in, not coming to my mail. Also checked all other mails and its still not showing up. Have my security key with me if needed but cant login since I dont remembe...

If you're not receiving your password reset email you may need to get in touch with support, as sadly it is a case we can't help with account issues directly on the forum.

    My friend has been having the same issue and hasn’t been able to log into her account or play games she paid for, in months. Your solution is to reach out to support but she hasn’t been able to actually reach any type of support. The only option in the support links posted, is to chat with a bot that just sends you links back to unhelpful troubleshooting. No matter what we have tried, nothing works.
