Not Receiving One-Time Password

Hello, I tried to log in earlier this morning and was greeted by the standard "One Time Password" request, however it has been over two hours now and I still am yet to receive the email. I also tried...

We're currently investigating the One Time Password issues. It seems to be affecting all email providers, or at least there doesn't seem to be any trends so far.

I got it working now thanks to whatever magic happened after few hours of waiting. But just to answer your question and give further information: I have outlook address yes. I think I know what you're thinking so... the one-time password email didn't appear in the trash folder. Haven't seen iit go there even once.
