not subscribe for steam
Hello, I'm from Russia, not so long ago I bought a subscription to swtor via steam, spent money, but there is still no subscription in the game, my nickname is swtor OlegstarD.

just be aware .ru emails usually do not arrive at swtor support so maybe email from a gmail or similar and be sure to include the swtor account name
