Old acc e-mail change problems

hello,

my account was created in 2017 and its email is set to : s********************@trial.swtor.com and im unable to change it.
navigating the 'my account' page either directs me here on to the in game ticket support which appears i need a subscription to use. 

not entierly sure how to proceed to be able to play the game with this account as im unable to verify it which prevents me from loging in.
