Old transfer, legacy and Influence gone

If your a subscriber you can submit a ingame ticket for this, if you think things are missing , if your not a sub there is a credit limit and anything above that goes into an escrow

    I have tried a bug ticket and got a simple thank you for your submission, and another saying it will be sent to the bug team, so no luck ☹️

      The ticket will need to be submitted as anything other then a bug report , a bug report gets sent to a different path and is not responded too

      Have a read of here , bit long winded but it explains the differences

        When you said influence are you talking companion influence or ingame credits

        You may be right there may be nothing they can help with

        CS likely cant affect legacy levels , companion influence etc , but if it was missing ingame credits or particular items they should be able too.
