I have tried a bug ticket and got a simple thank you for your submission, and another saying it will be sent to the bug team, so no luck ☹️
When you said influence are you talking companion influence or ingame credits
You may be right there may be nothing they can help with
CS likely cant affect legacy levels , companion influence etc , but if it was missing ingame credits or particular items they should be able too.

I lost all history in my Legacy of me ever doing anything on my bounty hunter, and I cannot do the quest over again.
All influence gained with my companions is at 0
All of my hard work is gone and I cant even redo the quest if I would like to.
All I can suggest is try again with a ticket maybe try requesting a character restore if one exists for that character to prior to it losing everything.
This isn't something that is very common at least over the last few years, I got to see most issues that cropped up on the old CS forum.
Wish I could offer more to assist but that is the only chance you have.
