One-time password invalid

So I bought this game a while back, but my computer broke and I had to stop playing for a long time, so now that I have my computer back up I would like to play again, but when I try to log in I get the one-time password, but everytime I get it it says it is invalid and I have to wait for a new one, and this continues, I don't have a security code anymore since I switched phones and I don't know my serial number.

After sitting for 4,5 hours trying I finally made it in to my account, hopefully I don't have to do this in a while!

The OTPs have a life of 15 minutes approx so if it is delayed they may expire

Are you trying to remove your security key as per the removal directions in this link ?

I get them like 14 minutes after I get asked to put one in, I have my security code on my old phone still, but it didn't help, guess I just have to keep trying with the one-time password till it works.
