One time password never arrives!
So, I got a new cellphone, and as such I had to reinstall the security key app. Problem is, now I can't get a security key since it is asking me for the serial number and I can't access my account since it is asking for a security key.
And yes, I did ALL the steps required, went to "Lost your security key" and I did try to get an e-mail with a One time password to access the account, but the e-mail NEVER arrives. I tried a hundred times already. And yes, I did cleaned out old One time password e-mails and yes I did put bioware email as a safe sender etc. Still nothing.
Anyway, what should I do now? I really don't want to call support because my country doesn't even have a support number I can call to. It would suck If I had to spend good amount of money to call another country just to try to solve a problem that should be pretty simple to resolve at my end.
