One time password not being delivered

I wanted to come back to the game after a few years of hiatus, but I am unable to login. I have my original login information (display name and password) but the one time password is never delivered ...

Yeah, I only spent some money and a few hundred hours, no big deal, right?

Also, there is no option to "write to support" on SWTOR website. You can do that in game or on SWTOR forums, which is kinda problematic if you cannot log in in the first place.

What you are a "hero" of? Downplaying problems while knowing nothing at all about the subject at hand?
