one time password not being received

I am having problems with PW- it sent me a one time PW that only has 7 letters, i can log on with it, but when i go to change PW its want the exsiting PW the new temp PW that has 7 letters - but when i try to change with the new temp PW its telling me its invaled not enough letters, so i cant change my PW if I log out it tells me my PW in invalid. what? PLZ?
The OTP is not a password on the account that is an additional layer of security on top of the password on the account
I needed to reset PW (dont have the old one) The 7 letter temp PW they sent got me logged in- when i tryed to change PW iots not letting me, must be a 7 letter PW,If i had my old PW I would not need to reset it, i dont get why they did it this way but i guess i cant get loggen in.
i will flag to check any issues tomorrow with support
the otp though is a one time password are you sure another is not being sent for the reset

The OTP I received is incorrect.
- Delete all previous OTP emails from SWTOR, then request a new one. Make sure you're entering the OTP within 15 minutes of it being requested.
- If the OTP emails are taking longer than 15 minutes to arrive, you will need to call our Account & Billing team who will be able to get you logged in.
I've the same problem, the mail is correct as I've searched my old mails and is correct the problem is the one time password not coming, I've tried with different browsers on different device both computers and mobiles but nothing come.

support suggest calling them when the lines are open is best if you cant get this sorted
