one time password not being received

hi i'm having problems with a one time password to my email account  which i have been trying since last night i had to make this account to be able to talk to someone about it im getting really stressed as i was playing on it in may and now coz of this stupid one time password i carnt get on i have payed for alot of stuff on it aswell plz help
