One Time Password

Question

Hello,I am going to go ahead and say it but the one-time password system on SWTOR is rubbish, it never works consistently ever not even once in the years I've had to use it. I am having a worse issue at this point.&nbsp;I wanted to log back into SWTOR and the classic, 'One-time password' crap is back. Great another slog through this garbage system again what makes it worse is the fact I'm not receiving the poxy password, not even after 15mins, not even 30mins not even 1hr+ even after 'receding' It's not in junk it's not deleted, it's not even arrived. , i do not understand why every other game that needs a one-time password completes the process without issue but this game doesn't it never has.After not receiving the poxy password and recending a thousand times to still not receive it, the website then wants me to have a one-time password to resend another? HOW?? Come on this * system has been a problem since day one, it's the only game with this system where the basics don't even work...&nbsp;I go to look for support, oh wait there isn't an option other than going through the crappy EA forums, cant make a ticket, cant request actual 1-1 support, so now what? Bin the * game and forget it? Happily at this point because this is a joke.

for otp issues, you are best call swtor support when the lines are open, update the email to one that can receive the OTP emails, and maybe attach a security key to the account

Is there no other way to solve this issue? I mean this is the only game ever with so many problems with one-time passwords not turning up, too slow, etc it's ridiculous.

Is there any other way I can get this sort that doesn't involve me ringing a team of robots most likely robots from the other side of the planet that I don't understand?? I imagine it's like ringing your insurance company... the only difference is I bet they charge for the call..... for a support issue I shouldn't have to begin with as it's their * one-time password system that is the problem you know not being able to do the basics and send the password...

Calling is the only way to fix an OTP not arriving, if its not in your spam/junk folder then you need to change the email used on that account to one that can get the email ok

given the email address is the crux of the security on the account, swtor support require this to be done by calliing

your only remaining option is to create a new swtor account otherwise&nbsp;
