I haven't played for awhile, so I reinstalled SWTOR on my steam account and went to login. I put in my name and password and then a screen popped up saying I will get a "one time password" in my emai...

Sometimes mail delays can occur
Check Spam and Junk, also check older emails used on the account, if one is still on the linked EA account it could go there
otherwise you need to call swtor support when the lines are open and check the email used on both accounts and likely use a different email that can get the otp emails
