Ossus mission board bug

I am now unable to obtain access to mission at the mission board on Ossus. This excludes me from the masterwork crystal weekly mission. I raised a help ticket and a bug report but not solved. anyone else help me please ?

    @magicman3000 I have to correct myself. The [Weekly] Masterwork Data Crystal is available from the Ossus mission board. The Weekly Event mission is provided by the Courier Droid on Ossus. 

    Here are the locations of the mission boards (shamelessly stolen from Vulkk): 

    If you cannot click on the board you might have an issue with your game installation.

    Repair your game as described here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Troubleshooting-Guides-Info/GUIDE-Client-Repair-Scan/m-p/6454174#M39

    I also advise deleting the DiskCacheArena file

    You can remove/delete the DiskCacheArena file by going to the following location:

    • 32bit: C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\swtor
    • 64bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars - The Old Republic\swtor

    Doing so will not harm your installation of the game as it will be re-created upon launching the game.

    @magicman3000 The weekly mission is not available from the mission board. Checkout this post from Eric: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=9677075#edit9677075 

    Just to ensure all characters are looking in the right place for the Missions.

    • For Republic:
      • In the zone Jedi Colony near the hutt in the middle of the zone look for the Courier Droid <Time Limited Missions>.
    • For Imperial:
      • In the zone Imperial Command Area (below Strike Base XR-484) look for Courier Droid <Time Limited Missions> near the Command Center Lift.

    Also be aware that there is a new Masterwork Weekly mission from 5.10.1 with a slightly different name and you cannot accept the weekly if you got it already in your log or completed it this week.

    thank you.it is  not even an option for me to accept it and i dont have it in my open mission log

    @Tonfu, the cache refresh resolved it for me. Thank you :-) You should work for SWOTR, they still have not given me a resolution

    I will have to try this. Even after reinstalling the game, my issue persists. I hade no issue with the quests for weeks, till one day, after maintenance... BAM! Took a month or so off as I worked on my system, now I;m back to try again!

    Nope. This did not solve my issue. I still have access to the weekly from the droid, all the missions from the landscape, but as far as the board is concerned, it is inactive. CS already informed me they are aware, and will address it it in some future time. Bla.

    @SarkyBS  

    We tested your level 70 Mercenary and were able to interact with the mission board. You might see a missing highlight but it is still possible to click on the board to get the daily and weekly missions. 

    EDIT: Further investigation showed that there is no cache issue. The highlight on the mission board is just missing on the Imperial side. If you are close enough to the board you can still click on it. We are looking into adding in the highlight.
