resolved now ? there did a appear to be a delay with gmail/hotmail email addresses over the weekend
if you dont want to wait for emails, attach a security key using google authenticator , this eliminates the need to wait on a otp email moving forward http://help.ea.com/en/article/swtor-security-key-faqs/
