Paid for Subscription but still preferred

I just paid for a subscription with Paypal through swtor.com.
It says I have 29 days left of my subscription, but when I log into the game, it still refers to me as a "preferred player" I am still lacking the options that subscribed players have, even though I've paid for the subscription.
My Starwars username is: OldJones

Sometimes there can be a slight delay , you will also need to log out fully and back in again

have flagged to check account just in case though

Edit: sub is active now , so log out and back in again if still not showing

Support also said you had a payment issue previously , so might want to check with your bank if it happens again

There is no swtor purchase on swtor.com

however you will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona christinaconway (not cconway85 your posting on now) that EA account uses a Yahoo email (swtor account uses a different email address)

use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

When i checked they couldnt see an email , so try resending firstup using the email attached to the swtor account and let me know when sent and i can recheck they see it

I am having the same issue. I followed the instructions for a support email and have gotten no response. I bought my sub through Steam despite the numerous objections on the forums and they were right, it didn't work. Steam account is Freebbs2022 and stwor is Freebs. Please HELP!

Gametime has been added , it will take effect after the 30 days from the website is up

if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription on your steam account , it can be repurchased after the gametime is finished
