Paying Subscriptions with PayPal Balance

It  was a long time since i spent money on SWTOR and today i decided to come back to the game and get the Subscription going, sadly i realized that we are not allowed to use PayPal Balance to purchase said Subscriptions (Except for the $20 or something one time sub -which i can't afford-). 

Is this the way it's supposed to be? Prevent players from spending money on your games? Because if so, i must say this must be a very Humble and Honest company..

Is there any way to pay for the 30 days Subscription without using a CC? My country is hell of expensive when doing Money Conversion and i'm well funded to use my Balance every month.
