[PC] Black screen when i turned on fullscreen (windowed)

I was playing the game and changed the fullscreen to fullscreen (windowed).

I didn't know what that was so i tryed it out.But then my screen became black and i couldn't do anything.

The problem is that if i start the game my screen is black,so i can't change it back to fullscreen or windowed.

I've already tryed reïnstalling the game but that didn't work.

I hope you can help me and fix it.I bought 3 days ago the expansion pack (17 EUR),the digital upgrade pack(1.99 EUR)

and 2 times 1050 cartel coins (total off 16 EUR).I hope i can play the game back and didn't wasted my money.
