PC Freezing on Launch

I will try a clean boot whenever I get back home tonight. I've edited the client settings for fullscreen and that didn't work. Will keep this post updated as I try things.
Ok so I tried it and nothing. Same thing happened. I searched google some more and I cannot find anymore solutions that might be causing this. It's the only game that does this too.
look in the windows reliability monitor see if any details are listed
Maybe try a non streaming install per here
edit - sorry did see that about the dxdiag
other the that maybe run a chkdsk and run a sfc /scannow in a command prompt as administrator

Nothing in the reliability monitor other than when it says windows wasn't properly shut down after I have to restart due to freezing. Also, I've done the client_settings edit for windowed mode, refresh rate, etc. I'm still having problems. Totally stumped at this point. I would say maybe it's my hardware, but it doesn't do it in any other game. EDIT: Also i have edited client settings to match my monitor resolution and that doesn't work either.
Do a chkdsk on the drive , guess run memtest86+ across the ram, if your 8gb is 2 x 4 gb sticks pull one out at a time and see if any change to the game.
different track use DDU here do a clean install of the video driver.
