PC Freezing on Launch

look in the windows reliability monitor see if any details are listed
Maybe try a non streaming install per here
edit - sorry did see that about the dxdiag
other the that maybe run a chkdsk and run a sfc /scannow in a command prompt as administrator
I am moving house so likely offline for a week now
I'll try those, and the DXdiag is in the spoiler box in my first post.
UPDATE: Ok so tried a non steaming lancher install and no dice. Same thing happening.
BUMP. I'm really stumped now. I don't think there isn't a fix I haven't tried and still when I hit play my pc just freezes right on desktop. Twice now I've gotten to the knights of the fallen empire screen, but that's as far as I've gotten before it froze.
Is anything listed in the reliability monitor ? press windows key and type reliability , you should see it listed
