This is normal. For some reason the code won't show up in the code redemption history. If you go to My SWTOR and then My Games, you should see Rise of the Hutt Cartel, which will indicate you have both Hutt Cartel and Shadow of Revan.

Hello, I am a returning player from when the game was first released and I am currently on free to play. I am having trouble with Shadow of Revan. I have entered the code and it said it was redeemed but every time I go to "my games" page it does not show Shadow of Revan as redeemed or downloaded. I do have Rise of the Hutt cartel but not Shadow of Revan. Can you help me?
