Possibility of deleting my character and getting back my Cartel Coins?

I want to delete my character, but I remember spending Cartel Coins to change its looks. I have not played any significant amount of time on my character since the change and I was was wondering if I could refund the coins I spent on him back to my account?

TLDR:

I want to refund the cartel coins I spent my character appearance (NOT ASKING FOR REAL LIFE MONEY REFUND BUT I WANT TO USE THE COINS FOR SOMETHING ELSE IN GAME), so that I can delete the character.

Typically Cartel Coin transactions are strictly non-refundable, with the exception that if an item has not been claimed yet, it can still be refunded. Once you have claimed an item into your inventory, or applied a change to your character, the transaction is final. Deleted characters are also recoverable in most cases, so deleting them does not fully invalidate every purchase made on that character.
